Early arrivals and late departures
If you anticipate an early arrival and immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving the previous night to make your stay that much more enjoyable. For late departures, adding another night will guarantee access beyond standard 11:00 a.m. check-out to your room. 

Guaranteed reservations and deposits
At the Glen House Resort, a confirmed reservation guarantees you a room on the date of arrival. A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required at time of booking. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking. All reservations made through the online booking system must be confirmed with a major credit card. 

Cancellation policy
There is a $25 administration fee for every room cancellation. Your cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to arrival date. If the cancellation is NOT received 72 hours prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be forfeited. 

Any group function or golf package must be received 1 week prior to arrival.

Deposits received for Olive’s Cottage are non-refundable. For details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at time of booking.

Family plan (Kids stay free)
There is no additional charge for children 16 years old and under occupying the same guest room with parents or guardians (space permitting). For reservations and information, please contact the Resort directly to make the best arrangements.
