CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a deposit equivalent to one nights stay at time of booking.
Your deposit will be applied to your 1st night's rental prior to arrival.
After arrival your deposit will be transferred to your last night's stay
In order to receive a refund, cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to arrival date.
For group and wedding functions, cancellation must be received 1 week prior to arrival.
An Administration Fee of $10 will be charged per room for any cancellation.
