Following a stay in our Resort the information is collected and used to evaluate guest preference, and advertising demographics. Your business is valuable to us and we may use the record of your stay to forward, via postal mail, communications such as Resort promotional offers and information. We may contact you regarding your hotel stay or send you promotion material regarding the Glen House Resort unless you request to be excluded. You may choose to be excluded from these communications by indicating this on your guest registration form or by contacting the Glen House Resort.

Our web site does not intentionally collect or solicit personal information.When you call to place a hotel reservation we do request your name, address, telephone number, a credit card number and expiration date. This information is used in the following ways:
- to confirm your reservation at the Resort
- to respond to any customer service inquiries or requests

HOW CAN I DECIDE WHAT COMMUNICATION I WILL RECEIVE
We do not intentionally send you any unsolicited information. We respond to any e-mail communication when Resort or reservation information is requested. Personal information collected during your stay at the Glen House Resort is used to mail out new information. You can ask to be removed from this list at any time.

GLEN HOUSE RESORT DOES NOT SHARE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH A THIRD PARTY. ANY INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED ONLY BY THE GLEN HOUSE RESORT.
